TDS-NJ-860 Gypsum Retarder
NJ-860 is a high-efficiency protein-based gypsum-based retarder with the following characteristics:
It features extremely low dosage, excellent state retention, significantly extends the setting time of gypsum, and has no adverse effect on strength. It can be dry-mixed with other admixtures into gypsum materials and stored for extended periods while maintaining its performance.
It is suitable for systems that require controlled setting time, such as gypsum-based self-leveling compound, gypsum plastering mortar, and gypsum board.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.2 to 1‰ of the system weight. The adjust according to the required setting time, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
Packaging and storage
- This product is packaged in paper bags, 25kg/bag;
- This product is not sensitive to temperature, but it is recommended to store it at an ambient temperature of 10 ~ 30℃.
- Store in a sealed container to prevent moisture and pressure . The storage time should not exceed 12 months.
