TDS-NJ-920 Ordinary Portland Cement Early Strength Agent
NJ – 920 is a special quick-setting and early-strength admixture for portland cement. It is a special admixture that promotes rapid setting, hardening, and early strength of cement, and has the following characteristics:
The setting time can be freely controlled by adjusting the dosage: 1 min – 4 h.
Effectively improving early-stage strength allows for traffic opening within 1-3 hours.
Improves the product’s later-stage strength, increasing the strength of systems with the same water-to-binder ratio by 20%+.
The strength does not shrink in the later stages.
Increase the product’s flexural compressive ratio.
It improves the adhesive strength of the product, increasing it by 200% compared to the blank control group.
Improve product density, enhance water resistance, increase freeze-thaw cycle life, and enhance durability.
Excellent product volume stability greatly reduces cracking.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for Portland cement, ordinary silicate cement, composite silicate cement, sulfate-resistant silicate cement, etc., and can be used in handicrafts, quick repair mortar, shotcrete, leak sealant, foamed concrete, tile adhesive, etc

Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 5-20% of the cementitious material . The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
Packaging and storage
- This product is packaged in a paper bag, 25 kg/bag; if the product is not used up after opening , it must be sealed and stored .
- In a cool, dry place at 0 ~ 40℃, sealed. The storage time should not exceed 12 months.
