Ningjie Technology New Materials

NJ-655 rheology stabilizer is a white powder that is insoluble in water and has excellent alkali resistance. It is a rheology stabilizer specifically designed for cement-based self-leveling mortar and gypsum-based self-leveling mortar.

In low-viscosity systems, it acts as a thickener, suspender, thixotropic agent, and water retainer. It can effectively suppress post-bleeding caused by discontinuous material gradation, large differences in raw material density, or low activity of cementitious materials, and significantly improve the suspension stability of self-leveling mortar.

The product has little impact on the fluidity of the slurry and has no adverse effects on the strength of the self-leveling mortar.

Scope of application

This product is widely applicable to various fluid mortars and cement concretes, especially suitable for water retention, thickening, and suspension modification of cement-based self-leveling mortar, gypsum self-leveling mortar, grouting materials , and pressure grouting materials.

Recommended dosage

Up to 1.0‰ of the system . The optimal dosage needs to be determined by testing.

Packaging and storage

• This product is packed in paper bags, 25kg/package;
• After the product is opened, it should be sealed in time;
• This product is thermoplastic, should avoid pressure in high temperature storage, otherwise it is easy to cause lumps;
• Store in a cooland dry place from 0 to 40℃ for no more than 12 months.
