TDS-NJ-506A Defoamer
NJ-506A defoamer is a mixture of polyether surfactants and dry powder carrier, and has the following characteristics:
This product can quickly remove air bubbles introduced into the mortar due to mechanical mixing or chemical reaction, and can eliminate black oil and black spots on the surface of the mortar.
Defoaming is usually completed within 20 to 40 seconds after the mortar is mixed .
This product can be mixed with cement mortar materials and stored for a long time.
This product is particularly suitable for systems that require a fast bubble elimination rate , such as self-leveling compounds, grouting materials, and precast cement and gypsum components.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.1 to 1.0‰ of the system . For general defoaming, 0.1 to 0.3‰ is sufficient. If surface condition requirements are specified, the dosage can be increased. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in paper bags, 25 kg /bag;
This product is not sensitive to temperature, but it is recommended to store it at an ambient temperature of 10 ~ 30℃.
Store in a sealed container to prevent moisture and pressure . The storage time should not exceed 12 months.
